Please note that your order will take 2-3 working days once packed till arrival. Deliveries to outlying or regional areas may take up to 5 working days depending on the location. Once you place an order you will receive an email that your order has been confirmed and received. We will then send you another email once your order has been packed and is ready to ship. This will contain tracking info for your benefit. Deliveries are only carried out on weekdays (Monday-Friday). Please make sure that there is someone to receive your order at your nominated address between9:00am-5:00pm.

Our nationwide flat shipping rate is R150.00. All orders over R500.00 qualify for free delivery.

As we are a growing business please understand that at this stage we do not usually ship outside of South Africa, though we definitely plan on it. However, please email us at info@somethingposhgroup.com and we will do our best to assist you in making a plan.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that your 7 days starts from the day you receive the package

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
